This workshop explores the interplay between the figurative & literal terms. You will create “8 x 5”collage that incorporate drawings of people’s faces on text filled newsprint pages. This creation is to show how expressions can showcase where text, words, verbiage and recognizable text/identity marks explains it for you.  Come built a mental picture illustrating how A Picture is Worth “A Thousand words” on  A Thousand Words. Len Davis will be your instructor . He is an assemblage collagist coming from Hollywood, California. Davis has had shows all over the country and he is hoping to inspire art with everyday life themes. Davis tackles emotional expression , responses, identity and so much more in his art! Hopefully this workshop will open new perspectives and innovative approaches to construction art.
